Tuition Refund & Cancellation Policy
Guidelines and procedures governing course enrollment cancellations, workshop rescheduling, and tuition refunds.
Last Updated: January 15, 2026
At Dime Glossary Beacon Ltd., we maintain clear and transparent policies regarding course enrollment cancellations, cohort rescheduling, and tuition refunds. Because our masterclasses maintain strict enrollment caps (maximum 12 participants per cohort) to ensure personalized instruction and dedicated laboratory resources, we enforce the following guidelines.
1. Masterclass Cohort Cancellations & Refunds
For scheduled cohort programs (including our flagship Interactive Glossary & Protocol Deep Dives and Validator Operations Track):
| Cancellation Notice Received | Refund Eligibility |
|---|---|
| 7 or more calendar days prior to the cohort start date | 100% Full Refund (minus any third-party payment processing fees) |
| 3 to 6 calendar days prior to the cohort start date | 50% Partial Refund or 100% credit transfer to a future cohort date |
| Less than 72 hours prior to the cohort start date | Non-refundable; eligible for one (1) free cohort rescheduling transfer |
| After cohort start date / work already commenced | Non-refundable |
2. Practical Labs & 1-on-1 Advisory Sessions
For short-format practical labs (such as the Wallet Security Lab) and private 1-on-1 technical advisory sessions:
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your reserved session at no extra charge by providing written notice at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future rescheduled session.
3. Custom Team Workshops & Organizational Engagements
For custom squad workshops and organizational training engagements:
- Deposits paid to secure custom curriculum design and dedicated testnet cluster infrastructure are refundable up to fourteen (14) calendar days before the engagement delivery date.
- Once custom curriculum development has commenced or dedicated cloud instances have been provisioned, incurred engineering costs will be deducted from any eligible refund balance.
4. No-Shows and Incomplete Attendance
Participants who fail to attend scheduled live cohort lectures or practical labs without advance notice (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, full access to session slide decks, code repositories, and recorded lecture archives will remain accessible to the student.
5. Course Postponement or Cancellation by Dime Glossary Beacon
In the rare event that Dime Glossary Beacon Ltd. must cancel or reschedule a cohort due to instructor illness, severe natural emergencies, or technical infrastructure failure:
